Current research interests
Amblyopia : plasticity of intrinsic neuronal excitability (LTP-IE), cholesterol regulation of ion channel function and plasticity.
Microglia mobility, microglia-neuron adhesion, and implications for neuronal physiology.
Methods: Patch-clamp electrophysiology, pharmacology in acute slices and organotypic slice cultures of brain explants.
