We use fluorescence microscopy to image biological samples, using custom fluorescent reporters, photoactivable molecules or cellular constructions. We couple it with other techniques (microfluidics, micromanipulation, flow chamber, AFM, OT,…). We develop high / super high resolution imaging and single particule tracking.

Our set-ups encompass epi-fluorescence, confocal and TIRF microscopes.
