We are pleased to annonce that the PACA region selected our project « RARE DETECT » for funding. This grant will finance the acquisition of a brand new cell analyser and cell sorter to the level of 149.000 euros. It will allow the Inserm TPR2 to upgrade outstandingly the commun facility of ‘culture cell biology’, opened to all researchers on site.

Farah Mustapha joined the lab as a Doc2AMU PhD student in October. She will work on “Smart Interrogation of Mechanosensing in T cell Activation” with Pierre-Henri Puech and K.Sengupta (CINaM) as co-advisors. Welcome!
LAI welcomes new master trainee Beatriz Chaves
Beatriz Chaves has joined the laboratory on October 4th, and comes from Messejana, Brasil. She is a graduate student, and she will work here for two month on a new inhibiting singel-chain antibody against VLA-4 she contributed to design and produce, to quantify its effect in vitro on T lymphocyte adhesion and migration. Welcome!

LAI member participated in GDR CellTiss 2018
LAI member Geoffrey Delhaye participated in the annual meeting of GDR CellTiss from October 1st to 3rd in La Chapelle-Gauthier that was focused on current biophysical topics addressed at different levels, from molecular to cellular and tissue scales.
